The working relationship is deliberately simple: one point of contact per project, fixed fees quoted within 24 hours, and drawings reviewed by licensed engineers before anything is issued. We take on work we can deliver to standard and decline work we cannot — clients hear that judgement at quote stage, not at deadline. Most engagements begin as a single job and become standing arrangements: recurring clients keep their title blocks, layer standards and drawing templates on file with us, so every new project starts on their conventions from the first sheet. Confidentiality is treated as a default rather than a clause — project details, client names and commercial terms stay inside the engagement unless a case study is explicitly agreed.
